Liability for the contents In compliance with the general laws, we as a service provider are liable for our own contents on these pages according to §7 para 1 of the TMG [German Teleservices Act]. However, in accordance with §§8 to 10 of the TMG we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor third-party information, which has been forwarded or stored. Nor are we obliged to research circumstances, which indicate unlawful activity.
This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws. A liability in this respect, however, is only possible from the time we become aware of a definite statutory infringement. As soon as we become aware of the relevant statutory infringements, we shall remove such contents without delay.
Liability for links Our website contains links to external third-party websites, and we have no control over the contents of these sites. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for the correctness, completeness and availability of the contents on these third-party websites. The respective provider or operator of the linked sites shall always be liable for the contents of such sites.
The linked sites were checked for statutory violations at the time of initial linking. No unlawful contents were detected at the time of linking. Continuous monitoring of linked sites, however, is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. However, as soon as we are informed about or become aware of any statutory infringements, we shall remove such links without delay.
Copyright The contents and works created by us on our website, including all its pages and links, are subject to the German copyright law. Third-party copyright requirements have been complied with for contents on this website not created by us. All third-party contributions have been indicated as such. However, should you still find any instance of copyright infringement, we request you to bring it to our notice accordingly. As soon as we become aware of any copyright infringements, we shall, as far as possible, remove such contents without delay.
Duplication, processing, dissemination and any kind of utilisation whatsoever outside the context of the copyright law shall require the written consent of the author or creator concerned. Downloading and copying the webpages operated by us is permitted solely for private use; downloading and copying this site for commercial use is not permitted.
Image rights Unless otherwise stated, the operator of the website shall own the image rights.
We give utmost importance to protection and privacy of personal data. For this reason, we strictly abide by the provisions of BDSG [Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (Federal Data Protection Act)]. Below you will find information about what data may be collected when you visit our website and for what purpose it will be collected.
This privacy policy statement applies to the entire internet presence of Lieblingsagentur; however, it does not apply to the websites of other providers, the links to which you may find on our webpages.
As a rule it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. Wherever there is an option to enter personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) on our webpages, it is always entered on a voluntary basis. This entered data is used by us solely for the purpose intended and will not be passed on to third parties, unless the user gives explicit consent for such disclosure or it is required by law.
In association with your access, data is temporarily stored on our server for data security purposes, which may allow identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and name of the requested file). No evaluation takes place except for statistical purposes in an anonymous form.
We would like to point out that data transferred via the internet (e.g. through email communication) may be subject to security loopholes. 100% protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

Based on the current situation, e.g. amendments or revisions to the Federal Data Protection Act, we shall update this privacy policy statement if required.
We hereby explicitly object to the use of contact data published in the imprint or comparable data by third parties for sending promotional or information-related material that has not been explicitly requested. We explicitly reserve the right to take legal action in the case of transmission of unsolicited advertising material, e.g. through spam mail.
Personal data (usually referred to just as "data" below) will only be processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its contents, and the services offered there.
Per Art. 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), "processing" refers to any operation or set of operations such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment, or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction performed on personal data, whether by automated means or not. The following privacy policy is intended to inform you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration, and legal basis for the processing of such data either under our own control or in conjunction with others. We also inform you below about the third-party components we use to optimize our website and improve the user experience which may result in said third parties also processing data they collect and control.
Our privacy policy is structured as follows:
I. Information about us as controllers of your data
The party responsible for this website (the "controller") for purposes of data protection law is:
Christoph Kramer
Ehrenstraße 10b
40479 Düsseldorf
Germany
Email: mail@ckgo.de

A data protection officer is not appointed because Christoph Kramer has less than ten people involved in data processing.
II. The rights of users and data subjects
With regard to the data processing to be described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right
to confirmation of whether data concerning them is being processed, information about the data being processed, further information about the nature of the data processing, and copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR);
to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 GDPR);
to the immediate deletion of data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 DSGVO), or, alternatively, if further processing is necessary as stipulated in Art. 17 Para. 3 GDPR, to restrict said processing per Art. 18 GDPR;
to receive copies of the data concerning them and/or provided by them and to have the same transmitted to other providers/controllers (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR);
to file complaints with the supervisory authority if they believe that data concerning them is being processed by the controller in breach of data protection provisions (see also Art. 77 GDPR).
In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses data of any such corrections, deletions, or restrictions placed on processing the same per Art. 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have a right to information about these recipients.
Likewise, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the controller's future processing of their data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.
III. Information about the data processing Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of the same is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below.
Server data For technical reasons, the following data sent by your internet browser to us or to our server provider will be collected, especially to ensure a secure and stable website: These server log files record the type and version of your browser, operating system, the website from which you came (referrer URL), the webpages on our site visited, the date and time of your visit, as well as the IP address from which you visited our site.
The data thus collected will be temporarily stored, but not in association with any other of your data.
The basis for this storage is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.
The data will be deleted within no more than seven days, unless continued storage is required for evidentiary purposes. In which case, all or part of the data will be excluded from deletion until the investigation of the relevant incident is finally resolved.
